Return Policy

Active Life Store wants to ensure customers are happy with their purchase, so we accept returns within 30-days of purchase in UNUSED condition with all the original packaging intact, PLASTIC FILM on goggles/lens and TAGS still on the item. If there is any wear or tear to the item that would no longer allow us to sell it as new this may lead to a partial refund.

To start a return, please email our Customer Service Department at alssupport@activelifestore.com to request a Return Authorization.  When your return is approved, you will be sent the USPS Return Shipping Label. Please return your order within 30 days of your return label being generated.  (Items sent back without requesting a Return Authorization or outside the 30-day return window will not be accepted.)

Please DO NOT use the manufacturer's box as the shipping box.  Pack the manufacturer's box carefully, inside of a shipping container, to ensure no damage occurs during the return trip. Please be mindful of these instructions to avoid any restocking fees or the item being returned to you without a refund.


A flat return fee of 7.50 will be charged for all returns.

Order issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately with any issues. We will work quickly to resolve the problems. 

Exchanges
Active Life Store wants to ensure customers are happy with their purchase. We handle customer requests for an exchange on a case-by-case basis.  Please email our Customer Service Department at alssupport@activelifestore.com to request an exchange. 

It is much faster to place another order for correct item and just return the other. 

Refunds
Once the returned item has reached our warehouse, it may take 24-48 hours to process the return and issue a refund. The refund will go back to your original payment method. Please remember it could take 10 days or so for your bank or credit card company to show the credit in your account.  However, if during processing the return, the item has any signs of being used or missing tags, etc., you will immediately be notified.
